Who are you?

I'm Henko (Known as Toxic in the past), an illustrator and 3D animator from France.
I Enjoy drawing cute girls and creatures and mixing medias !

What program and tablet do you use ?

I use a Microsoft Surface pro 7 with Clip Studio Paint 2.

And for traditional works ?

Often, I'm mixing watercolor (Winsor & Newton), oil pastels (Lefranc & Bourgeois), chalk pastels (Royal Talens) and colored pencils (Faber-Castell and Derwent)

General

✧ As the artist, I maintain all rights to my work and I may use it for my needs such as portfolios or social media unless discuss otherwise.
✧ I maintain the right to decline any commission.
✧ All artwork is by default for personal or private use only. Please, tell me beforehand if it's for commercial use.
✧ Payment via paypal only (I'm based in France so prices are in euros €)

Usage rights

• Client own rights to use the artwork for personal purposes such as : post on social media, prints for personal use, use as an icon, banner etc.
• Client may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purpose without an agreement or contract.
• Client may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.
• If the Client requests private artwork or wishes to withhold the artist from posting publicly, please notify beforehand
• Alteration on the artwork should be discussed prior to making them
• Client do not have permission to use the artwork with Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning image editor or similar software, neither use as NFT -related image

Delivery

• Final product will be sent via email / .png file format / 300dpi
• There will be no hard deadlines unless agreed upon by both the client and the artist.» Rush orders:
For a guarantee of faster completion of orders, the Artist may require additional fees. The details of any rush orders and associated charges will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.

Process

Please share your character's information and details to me such as inspirations, story, moodboard, reference, anything. The more information you feed me the better my understanding is and I could translate your character's vibe in the artwork precisely.• Price may vary depending on the complexity,
• payement in full, upfront OR with a deposit upfront and instalments later• The client will receive an update in every stage (sketch, base color + line art, final) and can request revision stage. but any big modifications will be charged extra fees depending on how complicated.

Refunds

◦ Refunds are offered for commissioned artwork only until time of completion, and in amount depending on stage of completion at the time of refund request.
◦ The refund amount does not cover any payment processor fees.
◦ After receiving a refund the client will not receive the file of the Artwork, and is not allowed to use any of previous WIPs, unless stated otherwise.

By engaging in a commission and making a payment, you, the client, agree to be bound by the Terms of Service to me, Henko, the artist.To discuss any parts of the terms of service please contact me directly before making a payment.
The terms and conditions are always subject to change, however only the terms that were in effect apply to you.
